Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) motivé(e) à soutenir nos équipes, à assurer le bon déroulement de nos activités et à offrir un service de qualité supérieure à nos clients.


Principales responsabilités

- Préparer et traiter les bons de commande, factures et bons d’achat

- Développer et maintenir des formulaires et outils Excel

- Effectuer la mise à jour de l’inventaire

- Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients par courriel et téléphone

- Effectuer le suivi hebdomadaire avec les fournisseurs et clients

- Contribuer à la satisfaction de la clientèle en offrant un service rapide et professionnel

- Soutenir les tâches liées à la qualité et aux garanties (p. ex. : RMA)

- Collaborer avec la clientèle du marché nord-américain

- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe confiée par le superviseur



Compétences et qualifications

- Bilinguisme obligatoire – anglais et français ou espagnol (oral et écrit)

- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; 365 est un atout)

- Expérience avec un système ERP (Microsoft Navision, un atout)

- Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projets (Monday.com, Jira ou équivalent)

- Expérience avec des systèmes de billetterie / support client (Freshdesk ou équivalent)

- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

- Orientation client et excellentes aptitudes en communication

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who is excited about supporting our teams, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.


Main Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders

- Develop and maintain forms and Excel trackers

- Support inventory updates

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone

- Manage weekly vendor and customer follow-ups

- Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring quick, professional responses

- Provide support with quality and warranty tasks (e.g., RMAs)

- Liaise with customers across the North American market

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor



Core Competencies & Skills

- Bilingual – English and French or Spanish (reading & writing)

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook; 365 is an asset)

- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision an asset)

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, or similar)

- Experience with help desk systems (Freshdesk or similar)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
