- Prepare and review materials, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage office space planning and assist with general operational needs.
- Communicate effectively across departments to support business objectives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
