Under the direction of the Accounting Manager or other location management, the Administrative Assistant is a customer service focused position that provides administrative support for the facility, specifically for the locations outside training function to ensure assigned areas are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Provide high level internal and external customer service by answering questions, completing administrative tasks and support in a timely, efficient manner.
- Responsible for entering time worked on jobs and breaking the information down in a daily report as per location and Customer requirements.
- Responsible for completing expense entry for jobs and breaking the information down in a daily report as per location and Customer requirements.
- May assist operations and other departments by completing the following as assigned:
- Responsible for setting up new customers as per company policy and
- Assisting with gathering information for the team to assist HR, Accounting, Safety and/or other Company departments or Customers.
- Observe all safety rules and Best Practices; Follow all company policies and
- Complete reports in Excel, Word or other company sponsored programs as
- Copy and/or prepare course materials for training as assigned.
- Demonstrate a continual effort to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other departments to provide quality and seamless operation.
- Perform filing both electronically and paper as needed.

- Complete any data entry required for specific training/project.
- Administrative support for scheduling training/meetings and setting up training/meetings (internal and external)
- Completes other duties assigned.
- High School diploma or GED and 1 year of a mix of education and
- Strong MS office Data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication Maybe asked to present or gather information in a classroom setting as needed.
- Demonstrated Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently; Able to organize, plan and prioritize work
- Problem Solving skills
