Job Description:
Job Summary:
Manages all account receivables; creates detailed reports and maintains budget goals as well as manages land reports and royalties.
Essential Duties:•Input cash receipts to accounts receivables and verifies by comparison to the bank deposit. Distributes edit lists to various departments.
•Prepares and verifies deposits and posts cash receipts to accounts receivable.
•Creates invoices with proper backup and mailing to customers.
•Monthly and quarterly sales reports.
•Maintains accurate customer files; keeps track of name changes, mergers, address changes, and mailing attentions. Relays info to appropriate personnel.
•Works with collections to reconcile accounts receivable balances.
•Provides special reports reflecting the status of customer accounts.
•Prepares vouchers and special information on appropriate invoices.
•Duplicates, files, and retrieves accounts receivable material as needed.
•Generates monthly billing statements taken from the general ledger.
•Assists in monthly reconciliation of revenue accounts.
•Process credit inquiries.
•Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
•Process Dover landowner for royalty payments and sand sales.
•Process daily invoicing for concrete sales as well as mailing invoices.
•Maintain customer invoice files.
•Balance concrete total daily/monthly sales (local and windfarms.
•Prepare customer monthly statements.
•Pay CBUSA group on a quarterly basis.
•Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•High school or equivalent with coursework in accounting
•Two years’ relevant work experience, including experience processing invoices and checks and preparing bank deposits.
•Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software.
