Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their Rochester, NY location. This position will be responsible for accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and invoice troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

•

Maintain precise records of all incoming payments

•

Job/Project Invoicing for paid in full, rebates and financing

•

Post and export from Service Titan to Sage Intacct

•

Review failed/missing payments and contact customers to resolve via phone/email

•

Maintain AR email inbox and respond to requests within 24 hours

•

Review/process any adjustments/refund requests

•

Respond to disputes and record in Service Titan as needed

•

Responsible for investigating and resolving any discrepancies in both incoming and outgoing payments

•

Prepare and send invoices to clients

•

Audit all receipts in a timely manner to ensure accuracy

•

Create and provide reports to individual departments as needed

•

Partner with accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances

•

Call on past due accounts up to 60 days/Assist Collections department as needed

•

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by leadership

Job Qualifications:

•

Associates degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent combination of education and successful experience is required

•

2 or more years of accounts receivable experience required

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS

•

Practical understanding of ERP/Accounting Software required

The starting base salary range for this position is $24 - $28/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
