SUMMARY:

This position will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Finance Department and is primarily responsible for analyzing and maintaining accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records

· Timely and accurate application of daily cash receipts

· Request and keep on file customer sales tax exemption certificates

· Provide support and backup for daily invoicing

· Process miscellaneous billings for event sponsorships.

· Process manual credit card payments

· Generate monthly customer statements and ensure electronic delivery.

· Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging report

· Manage customer aging balances to meet KPI goals; work directly with customers to resolve past due amounts.

· Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other cross functional teams to resolve invoicing issues or adjustments.

· Reconcile AR balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

· Serve as a point of contact for accounts receivable questions, helping to resolve issues promptly and effectively in a professional manner.

· Complete customer credit references and lien waivers

· Perform other various duties as assigned

· Work with the GROEBNER team on special projects

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of accounts receivable process, credit management, and dispute resolution techniques

· Understanding of fundamental accounting procedures and financial documentation.

Work Environment:

· Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· College degree in related field preferred

· At least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Experience with Infor CSD a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
