Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our daily operations. This role plays a key part in managing billing processes, handling vendor and customer communication, and coordinating logistics for equipment pick-up and delivery. We are looking for someone with experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of QuickBooks is essential. Please note persons who do not meet the qualifications will not be considered for this position. This position will be at our Valencia office only, we are not offering remote work. We are a small growing company looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

- Process customer invoices and vendor quotes with accuracy

- Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and ensure proper documentation

- Coordinate logistics for shipping, pick-up, and delivery of equipment to customers

- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and email inquiries in a professional manner

- Maintain up-to-date records of billing, orders, and correspondence

- Use QuickBooks daily for invoicing, billing, and vendor payments

- Assist with general administrative tasks and office support as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
