General Description
The Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant Intern will provide clerical and data entry support for the Accounts Receivable Department at Eurovia Atlantic Coasts, LLC Shared Services. This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Support the Accounts Receivable Department in the areas of:
Key Duties
•Learn about Eurovia Atlantic Coast, LLC and its subsidiary organizations: Northeast Paving, Dirigo Materials, Cold River Materials, and Newport Construction, and the work associated with construction and paving projects
•Organization and execution of sorting, stuffing, and posting customer invoices
•Back-up coverage for full-time administrative assistant as needed
•Mass mailings to customer as applicable
•Other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
•This position typically is an entry-level job. A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills preferred
•Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong customer-service skills
•Demonstrated ability to provide efficient, professional operational support, including strong problem-solving skills
•Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
