Responsible for accounts receivable functions for the company and assisting the contracts team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to billing, job setup and filing, collections, posting receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting in preparing and reviewing contracts and amendments, as needed. Generally, support the close internal relationship between the accounting department and contracts team and assist in accurate and timely month end close and executing contracts. Must exercise discretion in executing essential functions and be able to work independently, following through on assignments with minimal direction.
