Summary: To assist all areas of day to day business operation including general office and accounting functions, while helping to ensure customers’ needs are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities includes the following:
1. Responsible for data entry, processing and payment of Accounts Payable and maintain accurate Accounts Payable files.
2. Invoice customers for shipped orders and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable files.
3. Support customer service with data entry of customer orders, packing slips, shipping labels and accounts receivable as needed.
4. Filing and clerical work in accordance with AIM’s ISO processes and assist with ISO audits.
5. Assist Controller with collecting past due Accounts Receivable.
6. Assist Controller with banking and bank deposits.
7. Answer the phones and direct calls to the appropriate department.
8. Assist CFO and Controller with communication of meetings, appointments, travel, reservations, and activities.
