Currently we are looking for an Accounting Clerk/HR Assistant that works directly with the Office Manager/Accountant. You will be the first person people see when they enter our building and will be in charge of answering the phones. A good candidate will be organized as you will be in charge of entering all our accounts payable, maintaining spreadsheets, keeping employee files up to date, and recruiting. We want someone who is a quick-learner and works well independently. We need someone who is easy going and interpersonal. You will be in charge of most HR functions as well as ensuring all employees clock in correctly, tracking attendance, and more.
