JOB DETAILS
Provide a high level of administrative support to management and team members in the Midland and Oklahoma districts.
•Provide administrative support for District Manager and team members.
•Verify and submit service tickets for payroll.
•Verify and submit all documents for billing.
•Meet with new team members to complete their initial paperwork and to explain Premiere’s benefits, policies, and procedures.
•Verify and submit expense reports for approvals.
•Assist with coordination of team members and jobs.
•Maintain office supply inventory, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
•Assist with vendors.
•Assist with shipping and receiving.
•Adhere to and ensure compliance of all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
•Must be knowledgeable of safety and personnel policies and procedures.
•Follow the Quality process and procedures stated for the role.
•Perform other related duties and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
•High school diploma or equivalent experience; higher education a plus.
•Ability to work well with others and effectively communicate at all organizational levels, with clients and vendors.
•Must be detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
•May require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of computer monitors.
•Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.
•Working schedule will be flexible and may include some remote work.
