Aquafin Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the success of the sales department by providing administrative, logistical, and customer service support to ensure a seamless experience for both the sales team and our customers.
Administrative Sales Support
•Prepare and process sales quotes, submittals, and product data packages.
•Enter and maintain customer data and order information in CRM and ERP systems.
•Track open quotes, sample requests, and order status to support the sales team.
•Assist with the preparation of bids and project proposals.
Customer Communication
•Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries.
•Respond promptly to customer requests for pricing, availability, and documentation.
•Follow up on leads, outstanding quotes, and sample deliveries.
Order Coordination
•Communicate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
•Confirm order details with customers and ensure all required documentation is complete.
Qualifications
•This is an entry level position and we will provide on the job training.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
•Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
