Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

Inter-Mountain Pipe & Threading Co provides exceptional products and services utilizing creative technologies. State of the art equipment and CAD design software are used to develop and improve products used in piping applications.

We manufacture such items as flush joint casing, crossovers, lift subs and sonic drill bits. Our manufacturing facility includes five CNC lathes plus manual equipment including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, power tongs and welding equipment (including a submerged-arc system). We provide storage, handling and logistics services for a wide range of pipe and tubular products.

Available Positions:

Accounting Assistant:

Answers incoming calls quickly and efficiently.

Assists with general office and accounting tasks as needed.

Assists Sales Associates prepare work orders for production shop.

Arrange pickup and delivery of products to our location or direct to customer.

Prepare documents or reports related to work.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Pass Pre-Employment drug screen

High school Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience working with standard office equipment and computer software.
