- This individual will be a relationship builder, who will bond with new and existing customers.
- Successful candidate will follow their sales order from initiation to shipment, resolving any issues that may develop.
- Experience quoting directly to customers and independently managing customer accounts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with quoting or CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers.
- At least two years of experience in sales within the aerospace, metals, or related industry (New college graduates will be considered).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Understanding basic manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing sales and customer data. (having good computer skills)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new products, processes, and market trends.
- Willingness to participate in training, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
- A team player who brings a positive vibe and is able to efficiently organize and manage daily tasks during busy days
- This is a hybrid work arrangement where team members have the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays
