Account Manager

Way Engineering is located in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Nashville. We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the ongoing maintenance of these systems. Way Engineering is at the forefront of design build/design assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling (BIM), and quality control. We are seeking a Service HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team!

Scope:

Responsible for the designated Clientele, Technicians, including the Training, Scheduling, and Installation/Completion of the Account managers' projects and services in the highest quality and most effective manner possible. Provide supervision, safety, and technical support to the field technicians.

Ensure quality in workmanship and profitability of the Team.
