Wireless Tower Technician

to our communities in western and central Kansas. We have an opening for a Wireless Tower Technician. This job is located in our Scott City, Kansas office. You will be empowered and exposed to situations that will utilize your basic knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction, and tower climbing skills. You'll have on the job learning opportunities in multiple aspects of safely climbing communication towers and performing maintenance on them.

Summary:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and servicing of wireless equipment at tower locations across our territory.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work on roofs and towers up to 400 feet tall

- Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Able to listen and interpret what individuals are asking/telling you

- Able to keep files, schedules, and projects organized

- Attention to detail

- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Work outside with exposure to varying temperature conditions
