Welder/Fabricator

Job Summary:

This is a Second Shift Position.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder with expertise in MIG and TIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on stainless steel and aluminum, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with the production team to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals.

- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

- Prioritize welding tasks in coordination with management.

- Operate welding equipment and other various tools safely and effectively.

- Use tape measures, angle finders, jigs, and fixtures to ensure precision in assembly.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

- Produce consistent, non-porous welds that meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.

- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, processes, and industry codes.

- Proficient in welding equipment and other related equipment.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and overtime as needed.

- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time
