Welder/Fabricator

We are currently seeking a part-time Welders & Fabricators to join our skilled team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail, particularly in the finished appearance of the products.

As an Experienced Welding Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling staircases, handrails, and guardrails from various materials. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in welding, metal fabrication, and a strong attention to detail, particularly in the finish of each product. We are dedicated to providing high quality finished looks on our projects, team members should meet these expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components for staircases, handrails, and guardrails with precision.

- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.

- Ensure high-quality, clean, and precise welds in both structural and aesthetic applications.

- Inspect finished products for quality and precision, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

- Follow safety procedures and work within safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are to expectations and on track.

- Operate welding equipment & fabrication tools.

Preferred Qualifications, these are a plus but not required:

- WABO Certification

Possibility to transition into Full time, Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary)

Part time Hours:

Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
