Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate

Salary: Up To $23/Hour based on warehouse lead experience. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses!

We are currently looking for an energetic, detail oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as the Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate. This computer proficient person will be responsible for performing shipping, receiving and inventory activities that include but are not limited to:

- Picking Parts as shown on Pick Tickets

- Packaging and Shipment of Customer Orders

- International Shipping & Receiving (Prior Experience a Plus)

- Assisting in Part "Fit-Up" activities to ensure mating parts are properly aligned/sized

- Creating Part Tags for all Received Parts

- Provide Estimated Shipping Weights and Dims. as requested

- Assisting in keeping an accurate Inventory Cycle Count

- Perform Stock Checks as needed/requested

- Assist with Quality Control Checks on all Inbound and Outbound orders

- Confirm 100% accuracy in picking products from inventory for shipment.

- Audit all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy

- Presenting Process Improvement Ideas to Management

- Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- High School Graduate or Comparable

- Mechanically Inclined (Quality Control exp. Calipers, Micrometers etc.)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. online shipping programs a plus

- M-F 8:00-5:00, Paid Holidays

- Proven Longevity is a Plus

Job Type: Full-time
