Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Responsibilities

- Shipping and receiving of all packages including loading and unloading

- Interface with shipping reps (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, exc.)

- Fill new parts orders

- Insure that every equipment that we receive for repair has an RMA number

- Inventory control – control flow of parts in and out of inventory / monitor inventory levels and alert management of low stock that needs to be ordered

- Handle all inventory pre-counts twice a year for inventory

- Basic assembly of non-inventory parts

- Support of service department with some basic technical repair duties

- Answer and reroute service calls

- Limited warehouse and building maintenance
