Warehouse (HVAC-Louisville South)

Overview:

Assisting customers by pulling orders, stocking shelves, and preparing deliveries for the following day. This position reports directly to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities:

Accurately fulfills customer orders

- Treat all customers in a courteous professional manner

- Assist customers and vendors with the loading and unloading of materials

- Checks in and puts away incoming stock and special order shipments

- Keep the warehouse in a neat orderly manner

- Prepare material for outbound shipments

- Attend company sponsored product training sessions

- Write up return material in accordance with the warranty procedures manual

- Obtain signatures on all shipping and receiving documents

- Perform all job responsibilities in a safe responsible manner

- Operate various warehouse equipment such as tow motor, hand carts, ladders, etc.

- Attendance and willingness to work overtime when required

- Maintain a positive attitude in customer and co-worker interaction
