Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate – Delivery & Debris Pick Up to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in supporting our HVAC field teams. You'll be responsible for delivering parts and equipment to jobsites, picking up debris from completed projects, and keeping operations running smoothly. This position also offers long-term growth and advancement potential within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliveries & Pickups – Safely load, transport, and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians at job sites. Pick up debris and materials from completed projects and return them to the warehouse for proper disposal.

- Truck/Vehicle Care – Maintain company delivery vehicle in clean and safe condition; report any service needs.

- Job Site Support – Assist field technicians by ensuring timely delivery of needed supplies and clearing job sites of leftover materials.

- Inventory Handling – Load/unload materials, confirm accuracy against work orders, and help restock warehouse when returning.

- Warehouse Support – Assist with organizing materials, disposing of debris, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

- Team Collaboration – Work closely with warehouse staff, dispatch, and technicians to ensure smooth project flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of delivery, warehouse, or materials handling experience preferred

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required

- Ability to lift and move 10–75 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day

- Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable work ethic

- Forklift experience/certification a plus

- Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
