Warehouse Associate- Residential Services

Position: Warehouse Associate- Residential Services (HVAC, Geothermal, Generators, Plumbing, Home Energy, Etc)

Location: Tonawanda, NY

Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you will assist with the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management and support for residential service deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory of goods and equipment for residential services.

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for residential deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring safe and efficient storage of items.

- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as needed.

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt delivery of goods to residential customers.

- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Pick up and drop off materials and equipment to vendors, job sites and other NOCO facilities

- Provide support to residential services teams as needed.

What You Will Need

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Two years of warehouse or related experience

- Experience with Residential HVAC products and services preferred

- Valid NY Driver License with clean driving record

- Ability to maintain basic logs and records

- Ability to carry out a series of instructions with minimal supervision

- Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology

- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures

- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
