Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our distribution operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting our company’s growth.

Duties

- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail

- Stock shelves and organize products efficiently for easy access and inventory control

- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents

- Support order fulfillment processes by accurately selecting items using RF scanners and order pickers

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and company policies

Skills

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments

- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems)

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and RF scanners for inventory control

- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing techniques

- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads safely and standing for extended periods

- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
