VP of Operations

Job description

The Peggs Co. is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our eight manufacturing and distribution facilities. This is an in-person position based in Riverside, CA. This position will supervise and collaborate with our Purchasing Manager on site, as you will oversee the national procurement process. Strong knowledge of imports, procurement, and inventory management is critical, as this role directly impacts inventory levels, production flow, and sales efficiency nationwide.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this individual will align manufacturing operations with company objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, cost-effective production that supports long-term growth.
