Lead With Precision. Operate With Purpose.
At Corder & Co., we don’t just manage luxury estates — we elevate the art of service through experiences built on integrity, precision, and meticulous attention. Rooted in nearly a decade of trust, we combine high-touch service with operational excellence and strategic growth.
We’re in a transformative stage of growth and operational refinement — optimizing systems, refining structure, and scaling thoughtfully. We’re now seeking a highly capable, self-directed Director of Operations to join our leadership team and serve as the engine behind our internal structure and service excellence. This foundational leadership role is designed for someone who thrives on clarity, takes ownership, and has the confidence to help shape a growing business from the inside out.
This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to partner directly with our CEO to scale a boutique firm with rigor, heart, and a standard of excellence that’s anything but ordinary. You will be the anchor of our internal operations, ensuring our team executes with excellence and our service delivery remains unmatched.
You might be the right fit if you:
•Are currently based in the Hamptons (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
•Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and leadership roles, ideally within luxury services, hospitality, or property management.
•Hold a college degree and carry yourself with professionalism and polish
•Operate with a mindset of innovation, problem-solving, and process improvement to drive structure and streamline execution
•Are tech-savvy, organized, and confident in building systems that scale; Expertise in project management tools, including Monday.com, CRM systems, and workflow tools required
•A track record of leading teams with precision, empathy, and unshakable integrity; The emotional intelligence to lead people and the operational mindset to lead systems.
•Understand that excellence in service is built on infrastructure, follow-through, and accountability
•Are comfortable working directly with ownership to drive the business forward
•A calm, grounded, professional presence — unshaken by complexity or conflicting demands; An ability to juggle competing priorities while never dropping the ball.
What You’ll Own
•Operational Leadership: Lead internal operations, systems, and processes, oversee cross-functional meetings, and ensure accountability through platforms like Monday.com and our CRM to drive performance across departments.
•Strategic Infrastructure: Collaborate with the CEO to execute our growth vision, build and refine scalable SOPs, refine current tools (hello, Monday.com!) and implement new tools, create operational clarity, and ensure regulatory compliance. Be the CEO’s right hand, translating vision into flawless execution.
•People & Performance: Manage and develop a high-achieving team aligned with our company values. Lead team development, onboarding, and quarterly performance reviews. Partner with external HR and ensure compliance and risk protocols are in place.
•Client Service Excellence: Oversee client delivery and resolve high-level escalations with composure and a sharp eye on quality and consistency. Uphold and elevate the Corder & Co. brand through your unwavering professional presence and sharp decision-making.
•Business Growth: Spot operational efficiencies that elevate service, increase profitability, and expand scalability across markets. Join strategic client meetings when appropriate. Monitor KPIs, lead strategic meetings, and enforce accountability across the board.
What success in this role looks like:
•You take full ownership of internal workflows and team performance
•You implement and refine systems that support consistent, high-level delivery
•You communicate with clarity, consistency, and care — across all levels
•You help lead the company from structured growth to scalable expansion
What you’ll be stepping into:
•A company in active restructuring and growth mode — not a static seat to fill
•A leadership team that values clarity, trust, and performance
•The opportunity to build and refine the operations of a growing, luxury service brand
•A role with real upward mobility as the company expands into multiple markets
Location & Commitment
•Based on-site in East Hampton, NY (must live within 40 miles)
•Occasional travel to Miami during winter months
•Weekend availability and physical site visits required
