We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Field Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities at the project site. The Field Manager performs functions to control the field activities and the subcontractors to deliver the project on time, on budget, and per the plans and specifications, while maintaining an intense focus on safety. This role requires regular travel, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and efficient project execution. This role collaborates with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Coordinator to ensure each project runs smoothly.
May lead and direct the work of subcontractors, project engineers and assistant project managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
