🛠️What You’ll Do

- Partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement training materials.

- Apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process across all phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Oversee the Absorb LMS platform and company training intranet.

- Support leadership and line management in developing and maintaining qualification programs.

- Conduct self-assessments, benchmarking, and training program evaluations.

- Maintain compliance with INPO, NRC, and site-specific training standards.

- Coordinate across departments to align training schedules, priorities, and resources.

- Oversee the lifecycle of multiple concurrent training programs to ensure effective delivery.

- Provide onboarding and ongoing guidance to employees and instructors on learning processes.

- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging learning technologies.

📘 What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or related field (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred).

- 12+ years of experience developing and managing training programs, ideally within a commercial nuclear environment.

- Proven experience applying the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) method.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design.

- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a nuclear facility (e.g., licensed operator, maintenance, or engineering).

- INPO Instructor Certification or certification in Instructional Design/Adult Learning.

- Strong knowledge of nuclear plant systems, safety, and training protocols.

- Expertise managing and implementing SAT-based training programs.
