Training Coordinator IV plays a crucial role in the development, coordination, and implementation of the Operations Training Program for Field Operations, focusing on program curricula. This position collaborates closely with key subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning objectives, programs, support materials, and assessment criteria. The goal is to establish structured, reliable, and repeatable programs that meet the needs stipulated in internal management systems and the regulations governing our client's operations in North America. The Operations Training Team collectively supports the development and continual growth of a knowledgeable, skilled, team-oriented workforce.
- Coordinate or facilitate the defining of General Areas of Competency (GACs).
- Create and/or lead the creation and revision of Competency Standards and Learning Program Plans based on the review of existing programs and materials and completed Training Needs Analyses.
- Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to leverage organizational expertise to develop learning that efficiently and effectively supports workforce competency development.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities in support of Change Management initiatives.
- Evaluate current training programs, systems, and processes to ensure effectiveness.
- Establish review protocols, teams, and lead systematic reviews of published Competency Standards, associated Learning Program Plans, and related training support materials to ensure they are current, valid, efficient, and effective.
- Develop and/or source outcome-based learning content that supports competency development by following the ADDIE process, including analyzing training needs, designing learning objectives, and developing learning content.
- Implement learning into established Business Partner Training Programs.
- Establish comprehensive evaluation strategies that reduce assessment bias, improve performance standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide proof of competency and qualification.
- Support and/or facilitate the delivery of training to staff as appropriate.
- Update legacy learning materials to ensure they are effective, efficient, and consistent with corporate and industry standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise and assist others in creating quality learning content materials.
- Provide support on the operation and maintenance of the learning management systems and training material storage repositories as required.
- Monitor regional compliance to competency programs.
- Support the completion of incident investigations and closure of corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with functional groups developing and delivering training targeted to field employees to ensure training is outcome-based, efficient, and effective.
- Related university degree and a minimum of six or more years of experience OR an equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time, approach to problems, and work priorities.

- Competent user of Articulate and Workday LMS.
- Familiarity with pipeline operations, terminal operations, liquid hydraulics, leak detection systems, SCADA, or Control Systems is considered an asset.Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
