Traffic Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and other safety equipment.

- Use stop/slow paddles to manage traffic flow and perform lane closures.

- Communicate effectively with your team and our customers to ensure safety on-site.

- Report on time daily and maintain a strong attendance record.

What We’re Looking For

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Valid Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points.

- Ability to stand for long periods and work in high-traffic environments.

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Strong multitasking skills and heightened awareness of surroundings.

Work Schedule

- Report to our Louisville, OH shop between 5:30am–7:00am daily.

- 40–72 hours per week required — including weekends.

- All weekend work paid at overtime rate.

- On-call schedule 3 weeks per year.
