We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Industrial Mechanic / Millwright / Maintenance Technician / Pipe Fitter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and piping installations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and systems across our facility.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery to ensure timely production.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and prioritize work orders.
- Install, assemble, and align equipment per specifications.
- Install and repair piping systems, including fabrication and welding.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, suggest improvements, and participate in shutdowns.
- Uphold safety standards, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively in a team.- Secondary School diploma (preferred); Technical diploma, trade certification, or apprenticeship in Industrial Mechanics, Millwrighting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience with industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and blueprint reading skills.
- Familiarity with welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.
- Journeyman and welding certifications are advantageous.
- Exposure to loud noises, high temperatures, and moving machinery.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and be available for on-call duties.
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
