Mission: You find the treasure in the “trash.” You are responsible for the surgical extraction of high-value materials like gold, RAM, and CPUs.
- Unload, categorize, and log incoming shipments of raw e-waste.
- Identify and harvest high-value circuit boards (RAM, CPUs, Motherboards).
- Operate tools to safely demanufacture electronics down to base commodities.
- Maintain strict safety and environmental compliance during the extraction process.
- All-Hands Contribution: Assist with other duties as assigned, including facility maintenance or special recovery projects.
- The team, the team, the team! If someone needs help, offer it. If someone is lifting something heavy, ask. “It’s not my job” is not acceptable.
- Safety is Non-Negotiable. Be safe for yourself and others. Speak up if you see something unsafe.
- Leave the warehouse nicer than how you found it. We sell scrap, we don’t make it; clean up after yourself.
- This organization thrives on organization. Put tools back where they belong.
- Humor is welcome, familiarity breeds contempt. Keep it fun, but stay respectful.
- We conduct ourselves like professionals. Act like an adult. No tantrums or personal attacks.
- Every Gram Counts. We maximize recovery; we don’t waste material.
