Job Description

The position will be a team member within the Kosse Engineering department. The position will be located at the Oak Grove Mine Complex that is located near Kosse, TX (Limestone and Robertson counties). The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Provide project management and maintenance support for O&M and capital projects.

- Provide maintenance and technical support for draglines, shovels coal handling facilities, and other mining equipment as required.

- Develop project scope of work, technical documents, contracts, budgets, schedules, cost projections, and execution.

- Support LRP process and budget preparation.

- Coordinate and manage utility relocations, designs, or other tasks as required.

- Facilitate idea generation and learning teams to solve problems and support continuous improvement efforts.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- 15 yrs. related job experience in mining, power industry, or other environments that promote development in areas described in the essential responsibilities.

- Experience in project management , project scheduling, Maximo, and Microsoft tools.

- Strong Leadership skills

- Experience gained through college degree programs (including applicable associate's degrees) and/or certifications is applicable to above skills.

Key Metrics:

- Works collaboratively across boundaries of business units, service providers, alliance partners, suppliers, and industry groups in execution of responsibilities.

- Implement and enforce safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and increase safety awareness.

- Ensure MSHA and safety compliance with equipment outages and projects.
