Position Overview

Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design of solar project presentations using PPT or Keynote to mock up site layouts, tracker placements, or structural visuals. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts for solar array maps, panel schematics, visual proposals, and trade-show visuals based on layout principles and brand guidelines, previewing how these visuals might appear in livestream demos via OBS or TikTok Live Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create company posters, event graphics, brochures, banners, and marketing collateral that highlight renewable energy solutions while ensuring consistency across print and digital platforms.

· Develop and refine the company logo, visual identity system, and brand guidelines including color palettes, typography, layout rules, and imagery to strengthen brand recognition.

· Plan and shoot promotional photo and video assets of installations and equipment, own PPT visual design standards, and maintain global templates for internal and client-facing use.

· Create original visual elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, and infographics that clearly convey product benefits, solar efficiency data, and project impact.

· Design layouts with careful selection of colors, images, and typefaces aligned to brand standards while supporting solar tracker and rooftop system presentations.

· Draw and print system diagrams, charts, performance graphs such as yield over time and ROI curves, and diagrams using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or GA4 to create accurate data-driven visuals.

· Review designs for accuracy, including copy, specifications, bleed, and color profiles before print or publication, ensuring deliverables meet both digital and print standards.

· Gather key information such as site metrics, performance forecasts, and client data into computer systems to build polished layouts and presentation decks guided by GA4 analytics.

· Maintain an archive of images, project photos, and previous proposals in PPT or Keynote libraries and organize assets in a centralized system with version control.

· Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare press-ready files for vendors, coordinate with printers, collect proofs, and manage production quality.

· Photograph printed layouts or physical mockups and adapt them into livestream or video feed scenes in TikTok Live Center or OBS.

· Prepare digital files for printing brochures, technical datasheets, and event materials while ensuring alignment with digital assets used for live demos and social content.

· Prepare notes and instructions for layout or print shops referencing OBS scene orders and TikTok Live Studio scenes to ensure smooth transitions in live events.

· Produce still and animated graphics for on-screen segments in livestreams such as solar tracker operation demos using OBS overlays and custom graphics.

· Manage corporate social media, creating post graphics, short videos, and carousel slides to increase reach and engagement.

· Adapt creative content across channels including web, email, ads, and social while ensuring consistency in brand look and feel.

· Partner with the marketing team to design growth strategies that leverage visuals and campaigns to expand audience engagement.

· Meet with stakeholders including clients and the VP to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria while aligning with CZT’s renewable energy objectives.

· Present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate client or art director recommendations into final deliverables.

· Sketch rough concepts of site layouts, UI mockups, and trade-show exhibits, discuss them with engineers or clients, and refine the work using PPT or Keynote.

· Produce creative elements that integrate into TikTok Shop campaigns and livestream overlays to connect visual storytelling with product sales.

· Use software including PPT, Keynote, OBS, Looker Studio, TikTok Live Studio, Google Sheets, and GA4 to generate new images and visuals such as overlaying solar yield heatmaps over site maps.

Job Requirements:

· Education:

Master’s degree (minimum U.S. degree required)

· Experience:

Experience as communication professional with demonstrable skills in MS PPT, Keynote, TikTok Live Center, TikTok Live Studio, OBS, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Sheet
