This position supervises Resource Technicians and Wellfield Coordinators, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures. The role focuses on short‑ to mid‑term planning, field execution, and team leadership within defined programs and budgets, while escalating complex or high‑risk issues to management as appropriate.

The position exercises independent judgment in day‑to‑day field operations but operates within established operational, safety, and financial frameworks

Supervise and coordinate daily non‑rig wellfield activities, including monitoring, testing, maintenance, and field operations.

Plan, schedule, and assign work for Resource Technicians and Wellfield Coordinators, ensuring adequate coverage and safe execution.

Develop and maintain short‑term work plans and schedules aligned with operational priorities and available resources.

Provide field leadership during routine and non‑routine conditions, applying sound judgment and escalating issues that exceed delegated authority.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; model and enforce safe work practices.

Lead and participate in job safety analyses (JSAs), hazard assessments, and pre‑job safety meetings.

Oversee execution of non‑rig wellfield activities such as well testing, tracer enthalpy testing, downhole surveys, mechanical integrity testing, coil tubing support activities, and wellhead maintenance.

Monitor work progress and quality; address performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

Provide day‑to‑day contractor oversight, including safety performance, work quality, and adherence to approved scopes.

Review and verify field data, test results, and reports for accuracy and completeness before submission to management.

Support outage activities and special projects under the direction of the Resource Manager or Director.

Contribute operational input to budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking for assigned activities.

Perform limited field work as required consistent with operational needs.

Perform additional responsibilities, including special projects, as requested, or assigned.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant geothermal or comparable energy industry experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory, lead, or senior field role.

Proven ability to lead and manage multi‑discipline teams and contractors in safety‑critical, industrial field operations.

Working knowledge of geothermal well operations, well testing, and downhole survey methods.

Demonstrated skill in planning, prioritizing, and executing complex projects and ongoing programs with competing operational demands.

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across departments and clearly convey risks, priorities, and recommendations to management.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or programs, balancing operational priorities and resource constraints.

Ability to lead through abnormal or non‑routine operating conditions and respond effectively to emergent field issues.

Ability to travel to and work in industrial field environments and remote well sites as required.

Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment under dynamic field conditions.

A valid driver's license is required.
