Duties

•

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of equipment and facilities.

•

Fabricate and repair components as needed to support ongoing operations.

•

Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs on various systems.

•

Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.

•

Conduct electrical repairs and installations, adhering to safety standards.

•

Use tools such as an Ohmmeter for diagnosing electrical issues.

•

Execute painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality in facilities.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.

•

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

•

A/C repair and knowledge for trouble shooting

•

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform electrical repairs.

•

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

•

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

•

Travel up to 30% seasonal
