X-energy LLC is hiring a Supply Chain Construction Manager to support its Procurement team. This role supports the strategic direction and implementation of the Supply Chain Process and serves as a primary liaison with Key Suppliers and company stakeholders. The role manages multiple supply chain functions within the plant design, construction, and across our business operations.

Job Tasks/Responsibilities

- Support the Director and Vice President by providing guidance and training to other staff members, supporting and reinforcing the Supply Chain goals and performance expectations, and exhibiting leadership through behaviors and performance.

- Act as a surrogate for the Director and VP by representing Supply Chain in leadership meetings both internally and externally and serving as the backup when the director is unavailable.

- Provide strategic guidance and direction to Supply Chain staff on supplier management, project execution strategy, and supply chain development.

- Develop business processes which reduce cost and generate revenue for the company.

- Ensure a robust supply chain is developed which supports project goals and supply chain regional localization targets.

- Establish, track, and manage performance metrics to ensure Supply Chain goals and objectives are achieved.

- Provide direction on commercial and contracting strategy to the Engineering, Procurement, and other business units.

- Lead negotiations with suppliers relative to contract costing, schedule, Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), and technical requirements. Negotiate and establish long term strategic supplier agreements to achieve strategic objectives and generate revenue.

- Develop close working relationships with supplier (executive and working level) and end customers.

- Manage the Procurement and Operations Implementation for the Plant, ensuring project timelines are met.

- Manage Supply Chain staff by ensuring staff are meeting expectations and promoting staff professional development.

- Manage the execution of daily processes and procedures to ensure compliance to nuclear procurement regulations.

- Perform governance and oversight of supply chain activities and support internal and external audits.

- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.

- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, supply chain, or business from an accredited university or college.

- Typically, ten plus years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering or related nuclear industry experience.

- Advanced experience in data analysis, negotiation skills, and conflict management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in the Commercial Construction industry.

4 days in office

Travel Expectations:

Up to 30% as needed

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$110,175- $183,625
