We’re looking for a Human Resources Summer Student to join our all-star team. We’re looking for:

What you’ll do:

Here is a sample of what your workdays may look like:

- Provide coverage for First Impressions Coordinator which includes reception coverage, guest sign-in and hospitality.

- Assist with setup and management of meeting rooms and any catering for meeting rooms.

- Provide courier coordination, daily mail distribution and any inter-office/ field deliveries in a timely manner.

- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; assist with placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

- Assist with filing legal documents and agreements into OpenText/ SharePoint.

- Maintain minute book maintenance such as Athennian, digital and physical as needed.

- Assist with regulatory filings such as Borealis and CER, including hard copy submissions.

- Provide facility management coordination with Brookfield.

- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, invoice processing, and monthly parking processing.

- Ad hoc support to team within Corporate Services for special projects, transactions and other tasks as required.

- Enrolled in post-secondary program related to Business Administration.
