Job Summary:

We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our team for a valuable hands-on learning experience. The internship will provide exposure to various aspects of our business and an opportunity to work on real projects that make an impact.

#1 Logistics-NADC support - Data collection from suppliers for AIAG labels – who provides and who doesn’t but can provide, box and pallet sizes, dims of boxes/pallet. Compliance / Tariff support – managing document and data requirements needed by US Customs. Collaborating with a team to develop an automated process to reduce the workload caused by needs for Customs.

#2 Material- Settings Review: Reach out to the supply base and confirm order entry parameters. Update the system accordingly to support inventory management and controls.

End of internship:

Tracking for labels and vendor compliance, increased knowledge of customs compliance (tariff). Appreciation for data analytics and how it support business decisions. Part status tracker for updates and implemented adjustments as well as in depth knowledge& appreciation of Supply Chain / Operations functions.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Finance) as a rising Junior or Senior

- Strong academic performance

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Eagerness to learn and contribute

- Basic understanding of the industry

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects

- Assist with research, data analysis, and presentation preparation

- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas

- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed

- Learn about industry and company operations through hands-on experience

Duration:

This internship position will last throughout the summer months, with a flexible start and end date to accommodate academic schedules.

The internship will be based at our corporate office.
