Strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of business or risk concepts, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools enable them to contribute effectively from day one. Job Description

SALARY: $16.00 - $20.00 hourly (based on education level)

HOURS OF WORK: Up to 40 hours weekly.

FILLING DEADLINE: This posting will remain open until filled.

INTRODUCTION: Human Resources will screen applications and supplemental questionnaires. Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements will be forwarded to the hiring department for further review. Those who possess the strongest skills and experience will be invited by the Hiring Department for an interview.

NOTE: The successful candidate will be required to pass a drug screening and a background check.

ELIGIBILITY/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in real estate or a closely related field

Current enrollment with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (undergraduate level) or 3 credit hours per semester (graduate level)

Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher

Available to work up to 40 hours weekly

A valid Nevada driver’s license

Legal right to work in the US, including authorization to work off-campus
