Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience in either the corporate office, building a future mining operation, or hands-on experience working on a true greenfield mining project in Southern Nevada. What You’ll Do

As an intern, you’ll work on discipline-specific projects that contribute directly to the development of AngloGold Ashanti’s growth, either in Nevada with our new greenfield project or in our Denver Corporate office. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and gain insight into the planning and execution of a new mining district.

- Internship dates: May/June 2026 – early August 2026

- Currently enrolled in a degree program and at least in your sophomore year, with continued enrollment for Fall 2026 (proof required)

- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcripts required)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol screening

Compensation

Bachelor’s Degree Students

- Non-technical: $28 – $33/hr

- Technical: $36 – $41/hr

Postgraduate Students

- Non-technical: $35 – $37/hr

- Technical: $43 – $46/hr
