Job Summary:

We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our team for a valuable hands-on learning experience. The internship will provide exposure to various aspects of our business and an opportunity to work on real projects that make an impact.

#1-EDI support. Assist with EDI mapping, day-to-day support for the ASN and invoicing and support the SAP rollout creation of training material.

#2-AI enablement & Digital Productivity. Support the deployment of MS Copilot, optimize for current business processes, create promotes and related templates for Copilot.

End of internship:

#1-Overview of identified areas of improvement with the current EDI transactions & Invoicing, compliance findings, if any, and training documentation created for SAP

#2- Microsoft Copilot prompt libraries, documented workflow improvements, user enablement materials, and a leadership-ready summary of productivity impact and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Supply Chain) as a rising Junior or Senior

- Strong academic performance

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Eagerness to learn and contribute

- Basic understanding of the industry

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects

- Assist with research, data analysis, and presentation preparation

- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas

- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed

- Learn about industry and company operations through hands-on experience

Duration:

This internship position will last throughout the summer months, with a flexible start and end date to accommodate academic schedules.

The internship will be based at our corporate office.
