- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.40 per hour, based on experience + $1.50/hour shift premium

- Overtime pay: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours

What You’ll Do

- Operate and monitor machinery

- Load/unload materials and assist with packaging

- Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures

- Support machine operators and complete documentation

- Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Training begins on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). Saturday OT is scheduled in advance.

What You Bring

- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly

- Basic math skills and attention to detail

- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs

- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed

- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
