Steel Fabricator/Welder

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes and standards

- Use various tools and equipment to fabricate metal components

- Perform welding tasks using different techniques such as mig and dual shield.

- Operate cutting equipment to cut and shape metal

- Assemble fabricated parts to create finished products

- Rig and move heavy materials and equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding codes and standards

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment

Must be familiar with structural steel and other ornamental steel fabrication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
