Metal Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications and ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Operate various fabrication tools and equipment including press brake machines and overhead cranes.

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Operate forklifts & overhead cranes for material handling when necessary.

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading with the ability to understand complex diagrams.

- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.

- Familiarity with operating press brake machines and cranes safely.

- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
