Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced welder/fabricator to perform repairs and fabrication work on garbage trucks, roll-off containers, compactors, and other heavy steel equipment. This position is based at our shop in Zelienople, PA, with year-round, steady work.

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG and stick welding on heavy equipment, roll-off boxes, and truck bodies

- Fabricate new components and modify existing steel parts as needed

- Cut, grind, and fit materials according to job specifications

- Inspect and repair damaged equipment to ensure safety and reliability

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Work with mechanics and other team members to complete repairs efficiently

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of welding and fabrication experience (MIG and stick required; TIG a plus)

- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and blueprints

- Experience working with heavy steel and industrial equipment preferred

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in any weather condition

- Reliable and detail-oriented personality

- Must be able to work Monday–Friday starting at 6:00-7:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
