We’re on the hunt for Welders who have the skills and experience to work with steel and stainless steel, the initiative to own their role, and a desire to work with a team who values each other. In this role, you’ll be welding heavy-duty industrial components, including air filtration systems, bulk storage tanks, and custom ductwork. We’re all about precision, quality, and making sure our work is done right the first time, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Fitting up and welding steel and stainless steel with precision.

- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

- Setting up and operating welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick).

- Performing quality checks to ensure your work meets industry standards and our high expectations.

- Teaming up with coworkers to meet project goals and timelines.

- Keeping the work area safe, organized, and clean.

- Suggesting ways to improve our processes or boost efficiency.

- Staying up-to-date with new welding techniques and industry trends.

- Any other requisite job functions as they come up.

What You Need to Bring:

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in fit-up and welding, preferably in industrial or metal fabrication.

- Discipline: Staying on task with minimal supervision is a must. As a 2nd Shift employee, you’ll be expected to take initiative and remain self-motivated.

- Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Experience with steel and stainless steel is a must.

- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.

- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and care about quality.

- Team Player: You know how to work well with others and pitch in when needed.

- Safety First: You’re aware of safety protocols and ensure the work environment is always safe.

- Problem Solving: You’re resourceful and can troubleshoot on the job when things don’t go as planned.
