We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Sr. HR Generalist
to join our team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and supporting HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Serve as HR partner to management and employees across various departments
- Lead and support full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven solutions and strategies.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits administration and make recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist or senior HR role.- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite. Experience with Paycor highly preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and good judgment under pressure.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in small manufacturing environment
- Background in managing HR initiatives in multi-location or multi-facility companies
