Your Role & Impact

Based in our West Sacramento office, you will be a key partner to the HR Director and the face of HR for multiple locations. This isn't a desk job—you'll be on the move, providing direct, on-the-ground support to our valued employees and managers. You'll be the go-to expert for everything from employee relations and recruitment to benefits and development, making a tangible impact on our business and our people every single day.

This role requires regular travel to our

Stockton

site, with quarterly visits to

Fresno, Concord, and Reno

, giving you the opportunity to connect with and support our entire team.

How You'll Make a Difference

- Champion Our Talent: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to find and attract the best people who will thrive in our unique, employee-owned culture

- Nurture Our Culture: Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations. You'll provide guidance, conduct investigations with professionalism and empathy, and empower managers to lead their teams effectively

What You Bring To The Table

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record of supporting employees across multiple sites

- HR Expertise: A strong understanding of core HR functions and a solid working knowledge of California and Nevada employment law (FMLA, EEO, FLSA, etc.). A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms

- Exceptional Communicator: You can build trust and rapport with people at all levels of the organization and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion

- Master Organizer: You excel at juggling multiple priorities, have a keen eye for detail, and know how to get things done in a fast-paced environment

- Road Warrior: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and are ready and willing to travel regularly to support our teams
